Salon Policy

  • We have a 10-minute grace period before & after your appointment time. If you are late, we will not guarantee service with the same Technician and you may only reschedule once per day
  • If your Technician did not open a new implement pouch, then your tools were not properly sanitized. Please see Front Desk for a $10.00 Gift Card.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • Children are not allowed in the spa if not receiving services.
  • If children are receiving services, please be specific with the front desk on what they are to receive and not to receive. It is the guardian's responsibility to pay for any additional upgrades.
  • All services are guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you will re-perform the service within 3 days. We must be notified on the original day of service. Clients who are not able to return within a given time frame for any reason are not guaranteed compensation
  • Our prices are available in our brochure. Please reference the prices before receiving your services.
  • If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by the Technician or Staff, you will be responsible for payment based on those changes.
  • We will not be responsible for allergic reactions due to certain ingredients in the products or burning due to waxing on clients who are using acne medications, acne creams, or have sensitive skin.
  • To maintain a peaceful and calm environment, we ask that you quiet your cell phone. No voice conversations on phones will be allowed in the pedicure and spa areas. If you must have communication, we recommend text conversations. Please be courteous to our Front Desk by ending your conversation before speaking with them.
  • We greatly appreciate your business! If you have any concerns, complaints, or comments, please do not hesitate to consult our Front Desk so that we can better serve you in the future. We also welcome compliments and praises.

Tips may not be charged on credit cards. Cash only, please.
